Picture Word Masters

COPY THE MASTERS FOR STUDENTS TO USE. This 16 page blackline introduces word writing on a line. For classroom use copy the masters. Display them alphabetically in one box or basket with dividers. Students pick their own. They often pick the letter their name begins with for their first picture word writing work. They trace the words and color the pictures! Some students make an alphabet book. Provide construction paper cut in half so students can make covers their books. This book is too thick to be stapled. It is best to hole punch it and use brads or yarn.
